1. Order Cancellation by Customer
1.1 Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped.
1.2 To cancel an order, contact our customer support team at support@toyashinternational.com or +918447373562 with your order details.
1.3 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
2. Order Cancellation by TOYASH INTERNATIONAL
2.1 We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock.
- There is an issue with payment authorization.
- Incomplete or fraudulent order details are detected.
- Any unforeseen circumstances preventing fulfillment.
2.2 In case of cancellation by us, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.
3. Refund Process for Canceled Orders
3.1 If an order is canceled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 4-5 days business days.
3.2 Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
3.3 Shipping charges and other service fees (if applicable) may not be refundable.
3.4 Refund will be process only on damage product received to you , for refund you will have to make video after shipment received at your place for opening box/packaging, so please insure before buying product.
4. Modifications to Orders
4.1 Customers can request modifications to their orders before shipping, such as address changes or quantity adjustments.
4.2 Modifications are subject to availability and approval by TOYASH INTERNATIONAL.
